After that time we will not accept any returns, except for those covered by warranty or due to manufacture defect. The customer is required to pay for the return shipping and a fee to restock the item if applicable. If you meet the return criteria we will be more than happy to help you with the return on the Returns page. Operational Speed Supply, LLC is not responsible for any costs exceeding the purchase price, and will not accept returns of parts that have been installed or modified. To receive a refund, a returned part must be complete and in its original, unmarked manufacturer's packaging. Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in. Returns may not be refundable if the part, or the manufacturer's box, is damaged. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. A: We like to make this as stress free as possible for you so we can get you the right part and your vehicle operational. Make sure that you have the original manufacturer’s box and a copy of your receipt. Contact us at email@example.com and we will start the returns process for you. You must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order to receive credit for a return. We strongly recommend using a carrier service that you will be able to using a tracking number to keep up on the status of your return.
