P/N 2075 Rear Weight Jack

1982-2002 GM F-Body Rear Weight Jack System, 175lb, Street

UMI's rear weight jacks provide ride height adjustment and excellent handling for your 3rd or 4th Gen GM F-Body. The kit includes custom wound premium race quality springs and our own unique spring perches featuring a smooth acting Torrington bearing. The heavy duty jack screw and spring pad is easily adjusted by using a 3/4" socket, extension and ratchet through the bottom of the existing hole in the axle. Installation requires simply removing the standard spring and inserting the weight jack assembly. Minor grinding required on left axle pad – instructions included. 100% Made In USA.

Includes upper poly isolator to dampen road noise.

Pairs nicely with UMI 2042UDF shock package.

Designed, manufactured and raced out of Philipsburg, PA – USA.

Fitment Note: Works with factory rear end housing and Strange Engineering brand rear housings only. Minor grinding required on left axle pad – instructions included.

P/N: 2075-1 includes 175 lb/in recommended for daily driving and street corner carving.

P/N: 2075-3 includes 200 lb/in recommended for corner carving, auto-x and road race.

Springs are made from USA premium CrSi wire.

P/N: 2075UDF Rear Weight Jack

1982-2002 GM F-Body Rear Weight Jack and Shock Kit, Street

The UMI Performance rear weight jack and shock kit for 1982-1992 GM F-Body is designed to give ride height adjustability, adjustable rebound damping, and excellent performance. The 2075UDF-1 street kit is suitable for corner carving as well as daily driving with the 175 lb/in spring rate and 40 clicks of rebound adjustment.  The 2075UDF-3 race kit is suitable for corner carving, auto-x and road race with the 200 lb/in spring rate and 40 clicks of rebound adjustment. Built from strong US Steel, the jack plates ride on UMI exclusive thrust bearings which spread the load evenly and help with ease of height adjustment. Ride height adjustment works nicely at factory height through 2-1/2" drop. Most street and track testing was accomplished at 2" drop from stock. Race proven and 100% Made In USA.

Allows independent corner weight tuning, essential for proper road race and auto-x handling.

Rebound adjustable (digressive) monotube valving by UMI and Strano Performance.

Medium-firm fixed compression, race oriented, street friendly.

150 psi monotube provides quick reaction and fade-free performance.

Includes UMI P/N 2047 lower mounting brackets.

Manufactured, tested and race proven in the USA.
